Not at all! Whether you're a complete beginner or experienced in one or more of these disciplines, our coaches will meet you where you’re at. Each class is designed to be inclusive, with modifications and progressions for all levels. We’re here to help you grow, no matter your starting point.

All you need is yourself, comfortable workout clothes, a sweat towel and water bottle! We provide the equipment you’ll need for boxing and strength training. If you’re doing a running session, make sure to bring a pair of good running shoes. And don't forget your positive energy — our community thrives on it!
