At Unify, we’ve crafted a training week that blends boxing, strength, and running to build you up - not burn you out. Each discipline serves a purpose: boxing sharpens coordination and conditioning, strength training develops muscle and power, and running enhances endurance and resilience.
Box
Step into the ring with confidence. Our boxing classes combine real fight fundamentals with high-energy conditioning to help you build strength, improve technique, and sharpen your mental focus. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, each session is designed to challenge you with combinations, footwork drills, bag work, and partner pad rounds. You’ll develop speed, power, and endurance-all while burning serious calories and leveling up your mindset.
Fundamentals
Learn the essentials. Perfect for beginners or anyone refining their base—stance, guard, footwork, and basic combos. Build solid technique from the ground up.
Pads and Bags
Fast-paced, high-energy rounds on the pads and heavy bags. Work power, accuracy, and conditioning with coach-led combos and real fight intensity.
Skills and Drills
Level up your fight IQ. Focused on movement, timing, defense, and offensive flow. Technical work designed to sharpen your style.
Sparring Club
Controlled, coached sparring for fighters ready to test their skills. Build ring awareness, apply what you’ve learned, and grow in a safe, supportive environment.
LIFT
Our LIFT classes are designed to compliment the components of training you will carry out at our BOX & RUN classes. We run our programs in 6-week blocks to ensure you have a chance to develop each exercise before moving on to a new one. 6-weeks has been shown to be the optimal time to stick to a program – it’s not so long that you get bored of the movements, and not so short that you’ve barely had a chance to make progress before moving on. These programs will cycle through different types of training across the 52-week year.

RUN
Our run sessions are designed to build endurance, improve pacing, and develop mental resilience. Whether you’re lacing up for your first 5K or training for a marathon, each session targets a different element of performance—track intervals to build speed, long runs to improve aerobic capacity, and hill repeats to strengthen both body and mind. We round out the week with 6 at 6, a social Saturday run around The Tan that connects you with the Unify community. You’ll build consistency, confidence, and stamina—all while becoming a stronger, more efficient runner.
