Our Core Disciplines
At Unify, our training is built around three core disciplines - boxing, strength, and running. Each plays a distinct role in your development, but together they create a training method that’s powerful, well-rounded, and designed for real progress.
Boxing builds coordination, timing, sharpness, and mental focus. It challenges your conditioning while teaching you to move with intention. Through combinations, footwork, and partner drills, you’ll build speed, endurance, and confidence.

Strength training gives you the foundation to go further - safely and efficiently. It builds muscle, supports joint health, and enhances power and stability. Whether you're lifting to improve your performance in the ring or build resilience for longer runs, it keeps your body strong, balanced, and moving well.
Strength
Running develops aerobic capacity, pacing, and mental grit. It improves cardiovascular health and overall stamina, while teaching you how to push through discomfort and find your rhythm - essential in both boxing and high-intensity strength work.
